Food Science Coordinator
Olivia is a biologist from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile) and has a degree in Innovation from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She was Head of the Food and Biotechnology Management at Fundación Chile. While in California, she worked at OMG! SUPERFOODS and in the circadian Medicine laboratory of the UCLA School of Medicine.
