Agricultural engineer, MBA in Agri-Food Companies, with training in Strengthening and Modernization of Agricultural Extension Services at UC Davis and at the University of Illinois (United States). In addition, she has a Diploma in Agricultural Development and Policies from the “International Center for Land Policy Studies and Training” (ICLPST) in Taiwan, with studies in planning, strategic management, quality management systems and quality control, models of excellence and project management. Regarding her professional experience, she was a ministerial advisor to the Ministry of Agriculture and held various managerial positions, among others, at the Institute for Agricultural Development (Indap).
Leticia has experience in the design, implementation and monitoring of policies and productive development programs, improvement of competitiveness, territorial management and innovation, coordination of public and private work tables and development of extensionist skills in the forestry and agricultural sector, with special emphasis on small and medium agricultural producers and farmers.
