Bio

Trinidad Eva was born in Santiago, Chile. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration engineering at the Universidad Diego Portales in Chile in 2002. After that, she worked in a Chilean holding (Fantasilandia) making reports of operations and budgets to General Management and Directory. She then moved to Spain to undertake her postgraduate studies, where she obtained a dual degree in MBA (2007) at Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña, and at Escuela de Administración de Empresas, both in Barcelona, Spain. 

Trinidad then moved back to Santiago and joined the Ministry of Economy, where she worked as a Manager Control Officer; there, she led the Implementation of an Information System for tracking resources linked to the National Innovation System and the Reporting of Resource National Innovation Fund for Competitiveness for authorities. She also participated in formulating annual budgets of about US200,000. In 2011, she worked as a Project Manager and Project Coordinator at a Chilean University (Universidad Central) and in a Consulting Firm (RDG Consultores), always on projects related to entrepreneurs and funded by the Government of Chile (CORFO). 

In 2013 and 2014, she worked as an Administration and Finance Manager in a Business Incubator (Santiago Innova), where she managed, Supervised, controlled, and Supported the development of the areas of Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, and Logistics. In addition, in 2013, she worked as an External Advisor with the University of California, Davis, in the USA, to develop the budget proposal for Program Attraction of International R&D Centers of Excellence for Competitiveness 2.0. CORFO; to install the UC Davis Chile Center in Santiago. From 2014 until today, she has worked as Finance & Administration Manager, leading the economic, financial, and human resources areas of the UC Davis Chile Center.
