Food Technology Coordinator
Olivia is a biologist from Universidad Católica and has a degree in Innovation from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She worked at Fundación Chile as Head of the Food and Biotechnology Management where she learned about the world of innovation and collaborative work with different institutions. Then moved to the United States to continue her studies coursing an Innovation degree from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), where she did a research internship in circadian biology and biological clock studies at the circadian Medicine laboratory of the UCLA School of Medicine. In California she was also part of the startup in the food industry OMG!. Upon her return to Chile she joined UC Davis Chile as Food Science Coordinator.
